Convat is interoperability software. We move betting-slip data between third-party platforms at your request. We never accept wagers and we do not hold gambling funds. You can delete your Convat account and the personal data tied to it whenever you want, using either of the methods below.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the Convat app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open Account, then tap Delete account.
- Confirm with the one-time code we send you. Your account and data are removed right away.
Delete by email (if you cannot open the app)
Email support@convat.io from the email address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, display name and profile picture.
- Your saved booking codes, conversions, splits, merges and SureBets activity.
- Your device records, push-notification token, sign-in history and in-app usage logs.
- Your wallet balance, referral and commission balances, and notification preferences.
What we keep, and why
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example payment, payout and withdrawal history needed for financial, tax and anti-fraud obligations. These records are kept only as long as required and are not used to re-create your account.
