These terms govern your use of Convat's app, website and services. By using Convat you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Convat is
Convat is a sports-tech interoperability platform. It reads betting-slip data and rebuilds it on other platforms at your request. Convat is not a bookmaker. It does not accept wagers, hold funds, set odds or pay out winnings. All bets are placed by you, directly with the sportsbook you choose.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal betting age in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally permitted to use betting platforms where you live.
Your account
- Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Do not share, resell or automate access to the service in ways these terms prohibit.
Conversions and accuracy
We work to match every selection on the target platform and will tell you when a leg cannot be matched or is adjusted. Odds and availability are controlled by the sportsbooks and can change between conversion and placement. You are responsible for reviewing a converted slip before you bet.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans unlock additional tools. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Convat for unlawful activity or to breach a sportsbook's own terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.
- Do not misrepresent Convat as a bookmaker or as placing bets on your behalf.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convat is not liable for betting outcomes, losses, or for odds and availability set by third-party platforms.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with a revised date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
